I doubt that all of this stirs from terror talk only because they would have gone through with this 2 1/2 years ago. I think there is an underlying purpose, but the police are just following orders. They really don't have time to be watching and policing photographers, but that gives the officer no right to threaten a civilian. It could have been worse.... Responses
