"N leaving Queensboro Plaza: 8:00, 8:10, 8:20, 8:29-1/2, 8:37-1/2, 8:45-1/2, hold to 8:57-1/2 = 7 trains
W leaving Queensboro Plaza: 8:05, 8:15, 8:25, 8:33, 8:44, hold to 8:50, 8:55-1/2 = 7 trains
R leaving Queens Plaza: 8:03, 8:09, 8:15, 8:21, 8:27, 8:33, 8:39, 8:45, 8:52 = 9 trains
Total = 23 trains (and no, that's not full utilization)"

What is MTA's justification for running 9 R train while only 7 N and W trains are run each hour? What about the V, how many tph run on that line during the times you specify? Personally, I feel the V should have more trains than the R, since earlier reports states the line is underutilized. Unless things have change?

ANYWAY... What it seem to me is that the MTA does not really have their priorities straight.
