The MTA schedule says that some AM Queens-originating Rs terminate at Whitehall (and vice versa in the evening). So the service to 95th street is probably as bad as or worse than the West End and Sea Beach.
Not really a consolation, of course. But it does seem to be equitably sparse in Brooklyn.
