I did find the roster I was looking for, it was posted in October of 2000 by RTS T80 206 and has a few minor errors, some of which I have attempted to correct in this post.
My observations for today consist only of 9624 on the B11 (Montgomery)
The following buses have their locations known:
4300-4309, 9201-9209, and 9407-9412 are all at Western. 3900, 9624, 439X-4412, and 9221-9224 are all at Montgomery. WES is compiling the Landover data at this time.
