It is located at the intersection of Southern Avenue and Coral Hills Road. It used to serve most of Prince George's County, but when Landover opened, most of the routes in Central P.G. as well as the P12, H11, 12, 14(in the old days, H14 has since been discontinued) and the K12,14,19 (K14 and 19 discontinued and replaced by the K11,13).
When the Annex is replaced it would take the following routes

D12,13,14, C11,12,13,14,18, P12,17,18,19, W13,14,15,17,19, H11,12, K11,12,13 with the possibility of the F14, V12 and the M6 transferring too, of course this is just a guess.
