I don't have a photo of it to show. ANother one is at Lorimer St, where a typical IND directional sign is in the wall under one of the Lorimer Tablets. That one had to be put in by gouging out tiles when they built the Crosstown line through there. I think David Greenberger has photos of both of these, so maybe he will read this thread and show us his photos once again.... (There are no responses to this message.)
