Any run terminating at Stadium-Armory after New Carrollton relayed at D&G Junction unless there were unusual circumstances.
WFC was built in the 2 platform 3 track configuration so that trains could be put in and drop out without blocking the mainline. Over the years, trippers have and still do originate and terminate at West Falls Church, though since the National Airport derailment, they have used the outer tracks because the middle track is not fit for service (at either WFC or National Airport) as far as I know. The WFC configuration would have also worked well for the branch off for the Dulles Line through the yard except there is a very sharp, 15 MPH curve into the yard. As a result, running passenger services through there would not be practical.
