I recall the first time I rode it, on a downtown CC back in the ealy 80s. Really struck me as odd. I have to admit it was sad to see the 10s rusty, dirty, filthy, and covered with graffiti; I thought back how snappy they looked back in the sixties, before the graffiti epedemic hit. I hated graffiti then, and I hate it now. Vandalism......pure and simple. Responses
