The elevators have been replaced with R-142E's, with automated announcements. They go something like this: "This is the fifth floor. Transfer is available to baby apparel, electronics, and housewares." (Note that the housewares department was moved off the fifth floor three years ago.) Then the doors open, and the elevator says, "This is a basement-bound local elevator. The next stop is the fourth floor. Stand clear of the closing doors, please!" Responses
