I've noticed the same thing when I've passed through Philadelphia International Airport (a mix of Gillig Phantoms and Gillig low floors). On an interesting note, Avis' shuttle operations have gone from all 35-ft RTS (probably one of the last airports to have such a fleet running for Avis) to nearly all Gillig low floors.
