[Hertz has sold off almost all of their standard high-floor Gillig Phantoms and replaced them with low floor Gillig Advantage buses.]
I've used Hertz a few time this year at different locations, and my observation is that they've kept quite a few high-floor Gilligs, although they probably use them more often during peak traffic hours, parking them for much of the day in favor of the low-floors.
