Dude, give 59th some slack. There was a huge problem going on, they had to handle turning of D trains and the backed up A trains running on a suplemental schedule because of the GO and now you want them to recall from memory another General Order when it is real easy to ask over the radio what the extra wants to do then to go look up the GO.
If you were listening to the radio traffic 59th Master had to do all this and not step on Control Center transmissions as well and listen to CC orders too boot.
Cut em some slack before trashing people doing an excellent job in an emergancy.
