One of the Rikers ferries was seen last winter tied up on across from Port Richmond in Bayonne. I believe it is the Kolff. No idea why it was there or what it was there for. I managed to go aboard the Verrazzano about 3 years ago. It is in BAD shape. I only stayed on about 15 minutes though.
