I weighed the same from high school until my first child was born. Then jogging was reduced from five days per week, to three, to one, to zero as time disappeared. I thought to myself -- aha, so that's how middle age happens. Now that they're older, perhaps I can go the other way, but 35 pounds is a lot to lose. Now going from 450 to 180, that is not realistically going to happen, so suggesting that Richardson get in transit shape is a little unrealistic.
