Let's face it - unless you're maybe 7 feet tall, if you weigh 300 pounds, you're overweight. I've had a desk job for the last 4 years, and haven't gained an ounce - but I try to watch myself. Put it this way: I gave up second helpings years ago. I'll be 42 in November, and when I tell people that I weigh the same now as I did in high school, they tend to get a little jealous. (One guy who has an ample belly on him said I don't eat as much as he does, to which I replied, "Damn straight!")
