If he is abusive or threatening, tell him that you are well aware of the ban on photography, that you consider it unconstitutional, and that you will accept a summons from him so that you may bring the issue before a judge.
Aware of WHAT ban? He should tell the police officer that there is no ban and that if he must take action, write me a ticket.
