Good advice Peter because if you ever got into this type of situation and they found out you publish a book with all the track layouts etc. of the subway - I shudder to think what they might do to you.
Very true, and I am re-evaluating how I should be handling this whole affair - i.e. publishing this in the United States versus doing it all from Canada. Right now it's my only source of income at all and I hate to think what would happen if things got nasty. I've been unable to find anything in my field for 4 1/2 years now, with over 2500 resumes out, so this has to keep up for the next little while, at least. I certainly can't afford legal bills.
Considering that a U.S. Citizen is being held in GTMO right now with no due process, now isn't the time for this alien to go testing any legal waters over anything as trivial as photography in the subway.
Cheers,
PJ Dougherty
