Except for that eensy teensy problem that the ban just isn't quite law yet, so he can't write a summons for it - at this point it's strictly a "I don't care about the law, be gone in 10 minutes or you get a plunger up your ass" kind of thing. Then hope the kid starts getting angry so you can say he was threatening to assault you, and take him in on that - forget the stupid pics!
