Personal impressions, You have GOT to be kidding me. I was following a group(in late 02) to go to the observation deck, and they all chickened out that night because of the extra high fee(we're florida kids, 50 bucks is a years salary). I took off tons of pictures of that building. including a further away shot of that picture you posted, and some elevators! I thought it was a tourist attraction. Responses
