I take back everything I've ever said about MTA management. That has to be the most *CLEVER* ruse I've ever seen! Seriously! NOW I understand HOW they got funding for new subway cars. They brought in the congressfish and showed them the new BUSES ... and since only BUSES get funded by our republican congress ... wow. These MTA guys and gals are MIGHTY smart! :)
