Holding lights are also used in case of truble ahead or behind.
Train behind out of service.
train ahead has truble or there is track work blocking him.
money train ahead or garbage train.
police action.
kids on the track.
Work of one king or another and they need more time.
terminal ahead with both pockets full with inoprable trains.
There soposed to to tell the crew but the radio isant working or
they are weighting for more imfo before telling the crew.
