That second "1" should say for its northern terminus "137th St-Bway, City College"
There is also a mistake on the first "4" where the southern terminus is Atlantic Ave at all times. At that time the "4" operated to Utica Ave.
Up until early 1988, the "4" operated to Altantic Ave. ONLY Mon thru Fri from 9am - 3pm. All other times, it terminated at Utica Ave (except Midnight hours when extended to New Lots Ave.).
The "5" also operated in this fashion-the southern terminus was also Atlantic Ave from 9am-3pm Mon thru Fri, NOT Bowling Green.
