As far as I'm aware, the program (which was NOT a GOH -- it was a level "E" overhaul) was funded out of the operating budget. Work was done at 207th Street Overhaul Shop, and all cars were to be completed by the end of 1985. Major items overhauled or replaced (according to a report in the September 18, 1985 NYCTA Committee Agenda) included: (There are no responses to this message.)
