My plan basically combines the 2 bridges/tunnels. The port Washington exit wouldn't be hard. Just go above/under the harbor, then have the entrances/exits in the median on West Shore Rd. It's wide enough for it. It will help reduce traffic on 135 and 106/107. West Shore Rd. barely has any cars on it(except for rush hour???) (There are no responses to this message.)
