Actually, for those desiring an "exciting" ride, the Hancock building (at least that was what it was called in the late '70s) in Chicago is a bigger "thrill" than any other... express from the lobby to the 95th floor (there was, may still be, a restaurant there called the "95th", fancier than my wife and I could afford at the time but we went anyway).

I thought about leaving without dining after the ride up, being quite concerned that I wouldn't be able to hold my dinner down when we descended... but I managed.
