But your rule doesn’t apply, anyway. The free shuttle bus from Howard Beach is by no means a premium route, but it won’t be running once AirTrain opens
It would only “not apply” if the Q10A is axed. By comparison, the shuttle buses at EWR were also canceled once the monorail went into service, so it applies along those lines.
