Correct. After the Kew Gardens pick-up (on Queens Blvd, not on Kew Gardens Road), the next stop is Federal Circle, near the AirTrain station and the car rentals. From there, it follows the regular Q10/B15 routing through the cargo areas and the Central Terminal Area to Terminal 4.
