I believe one of their first orders was with Santa Clara VTA. Not too long after that, Gillig began producting the Phantom, Neoplan started production of the N416 model described above. Atlanta did have 50 of these buses (N416A; 5001-5050) delivered in 1981. Milwaukee was the only other system that I'm aware of that bought the N416 (3300-3343) that same year. Responses
