I could not show him the ticket, I said there was a special train coming our way and he replied with a smart-assed remark "OH REALLY?" (funny how the conversation was taking place with 3 tracks seperating us). I was off the officer's radar screen when he took off some kids for an apparent violation after an A train from Lefferts pulled in.
