I can see the summons sticking as the cell phone talker was a potential danger to public safety (good job on your part), but how would a summons issued for disobeying an officer's order to stop taking photos stick in court? Photography compromises neither public safety nor security. Add to that the fact that it is currently allowed under written regulation.

Another question: do you have to appear in court when someone chooses to fight a ticket?
