You wouldn't go to Rikers. Since it was Brooklyn you would have gone to where ever the Kings County Criminal Court is located (in Manhattan you go to the Tombs). You most likely would be kicked loose out a back door around 10 - 12 hours later when an ADA got a look at the the "complaint" and your case would be labled DP Declined to Procescute (or is it Persicute).

You could then call 212-941-8330 and speak with the nice lawyer who will awsner the phone and tell him what happened, you will then have a very nice law suit in the works.
