Yorkie is right, the line would have left Myrtle-Fresh Pond Rd and ran down Fresh Pond Road on it's way towards Winfield. IINM, most of it was supposed to be a subway under Fresh Pond Road, but somewhere along this line it was to be partly an el, I'm not sure where though.
The Main Myrtle Ave would also have left Myrtle Ave sometime after the intersection of Fresh Pond Rd and Myrtle Ave and turn onto Central Ave (Glendale), then along the Montauk Branch somewhere east of where the glendale station used to be towards the Rockaway Branch at the Montauk Branch, turning onto the Rockaway branch at that intersection.
