No. The wye on the Yellow Line between King Street and Eisenhower exists so trains coming out of the yard do not have to reverse at Braddock Road to get to Huntington.

I will also add, the east and west yard leads in C98 that allow direct access to the C Route north of Eisenhower Avenue (C14) are not super elevated, do not have (ATC) Automatic Train Control signals transmitted through the rails, IE no cab signal speed commands. This limits train movements to 15 MPH on these tracks.
