Yeah, I'm also wondering where the likes of Takoma, Dupont Circle, Federal Triangle, etc. have disappeared to (and I don't even normally think of Federal... nevermind, I just remembered, Smithsonian has that crossover as well.

Where's McPherson Sq, Pentagon (City), King Street, and Van Dorn Street?

Like I said in http://talk.nycsubway.org/perl/read?subtalk=670585; "I think these were omitted because there are no plans to use them as short turn terminal."
