Well, I wasn't there, so don't know "when" on the trip this happens, but it appears from the photo he messed up "himself". I don't see how anyone would intentionally do that.
It's not like he "pulled it out" and went on the train. I don't know if this happened before or after "prospect Park", but obviously, he didn't make it to a restroom. Come on, you've never had to go so bad you could hardly walk? Luckily, I have never had his experience of being "too late", but certainly everyone has come close. at some point your muscles are just going to give out, and obviously that's what happened to him.
I have been on a few MOD trips and if you got to go, it's not like they are going to stop the train, let you off and wait for you to use a bathroom unless you are at a stop where there is a bathroom.
