IIRC, there are no buses that serve the long-term lot, except for the buses that connect the lot to the terminals.

Expanding this a bit further...
The Q10 and B15 buses stop at Federal Circle. There's an AirTrain station nearby. You can take the bus there and ride the AirTrain for free.
