I know that someone in the 1970's dubbed TMNY as the 'trash movers of new york' since the majority of the collection as it exists today was acquired in the 1970's. However, in the past 20 years (1984-present), there have been a grand total of 2 acquisitions (R-16 6398 and JTC 358). Believe me, we have had many opportunities to obtain more cars but have rejected them recognizing we have enough mouths to feed (i.e., cars needing attention). Responses
