More C/R's on trains, more C/R's willing to wave shoe paddles at customers, better views of the platform than current C/R's. T/Os with less cab time per day.
TD's willing to turn trains without worrying about higher up.
On Time records are cooked today I can't believe cooking record was invented recently. Or did they even bother to track that stuff.
