Steve: How about the MM intended for the 6Av-Myrtle Service that never materialized. There were however one or two KK's that left 57 St-6 Av in the am rush and ran to Metropolitan Av to lay up I believe at Fresh Pond Yard. This was a holdover from the pre-Chrystie St days when a # 14 left Canal St in the am rush and also ran to Metropolitan. I think the sign curtain for the MM was blue but I'm not certain.
