Ed: People have been taking a P for many years at a variety of stations. I still wonder though if the S was used as a substitute for
the GG when the fair was open.Perhaps to make it more attractive to the public, that it was a "Special" train. Do you recall the short lived special on the GG line for the 1964-65 Fair. It ran non stop I believe from Hoyt to Roosevelt in the late morning. It only lasted about two weeks.Best Wishes for the Holidays.
