Why does the B 13 terminate at the part of Spring Creek in the first place anyway? In my opinion the B 103 should terminate there since Command Bus Depot is right there.
The B 13 does deserve a better terminal and the new mall would be the best place for it. In general this might become a major transfer point for many busses. When u think about it
