The one stop that the 45 makes in the Bronx is at the Golf Course/Pelham Bartow Mansion. There used to be a BX12 that went to the Golf Course but that was discontinued due to lack of ridership. As for the 60/61 yes they pick up along Boston Road and yes this too replaces the old BX7 that ran along Boston Road and turned down Allerton. So in essence the 45 60/61 is providing a service to cutomers not served by NYC Transit.
