So that's why I saw all Grummans in LA with v6's in '89. I was thinking that perhaps there was an older fleet that was gone by then.
Everything metal was 8V-71, at that time, though, and it seemed all new look Flxibles in the state were 8v., though there were 6v GM's in places like Long Beacj, San Diego and Santa Monica.
